Jennifer King has been licensed in real estate since 2000. Prior to her career in real estate, Jennifer was a corporate (franchise) trainer for Auntie Anne’s, Inc., a Certified Nursing Assistant, a Red Cross swim instructor & lifeguard, and an actress at Sight & Sound Theater. Jennifer is a full-time Realtor, who is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, and also the PA and National Associations of Realtors.
Jennifer and her husband, Wayne are active real estate investors, which is a niche market that she has chosen to pursue in her real estate education. Jennifer & Wayne are the parents of four children, and understands the housing needs and desires of today’s busy families!
Jennifer’s love of people and professional and relaxed approach to property listing and sales allows her clients to feel comfortable, and her knowledge and experience blend together to benefit her clients with smooth and seamless transactions. In her personal life, Jennifer enjoys her time with her family, swimming, walking, riding bike and reading, trips to their Lewes, DE vacation home and family cabin in Potter County, PA.
